Custom Services

Etzel Designs will occasionally take on commissioned works as time permits. Please Contact Us with your request for a custom size or commissioned work.

Etzel Designs also offers a wide variety of artistic services. The services include, but are not limited to:

  • custom prints or jewelry

  • commissions

  • art for interior designers

  • art for staging companies

Framing

Framing options are available. Please contact us for custom wood or metal framing finishes. Pricing will be determined based off the framing size and style.

 

Care & Maintenance

Images printed will last for generations when displayed indoors and out of direct sunlight. Like any fine art print, these prints should not be exposed to direct sunlight. However, they can be hung outdoors if they are out of direct sunlight. Plus, these prints have an additional benefit over other processes in that they are waterproof and have an ultra-hard coating which makes it very durable.

Metal prints can be cleaned with a soft cloth moistened with water, isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, or Windex.

 

Shipping & Handling

Etzel Designs works are shipped Worldwide.  Domestic purchases go via USPS Priority, Insured with Delivery Confirmation.  Delivery time is two to five days from the shipping date in the United States.

Please contact us regarding shipping questions and to get exact shipping charges outside of the U.S.  Packages will be sent via International US Airmail Parcel Post.

 

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:  Credit Card payments, money orders drawn on a U.S. bank and cash.

Buyer Pays Shipping.

CA Sales tax applies.  All other regions are tax free.

 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted. Please contact Etzel Designs no later than five (5) working days from receipt of the merchandise to arrange return.

If a refund is desired, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the item price. 

We do not refund shipping/packing/insurance costs. Photography or jewelry should be returned in the original condition and in its original packing materials and box provided and by insured mail only.
